Updating Your Address And Phone Number

We understand - things change, and people move! However, it is vital to keep your accounts up-to-date with a current address and phone number so that we may contact you when necessary. Never miss an important phone call or mailing from Community 1st. When you move into that new place, or you get that fancy new phone, be sure to let us know. It's quick, and it's easy. Here is what you need to do.

 

A few different ways to update contact information with Community 1st Credit Union:

  • Sign in to our eBranch. Click the Your Preferences tab. Then click the Contact Information tab, and update your personal information from there!
  • Fill out our Address Change Form. After it's been signed, send the form in the mail to any of our branch locations. We will also accept the signed form via fax at 253-203-1388.
  • Come into any of our branches and fill out / drop off an Address Change Form. This is the quickest way for us to update your account.
  • Give us a call at 253-722-5212. We would be happy to process your request, but keep in mind the process will work a little differently. We will fill out the form for you, then send you a copy in the mail. Once you’ve signed it and sent it back, an employee will update your account information.
