WHAT DO I NEED TO USE MYC1CU MOBILE?
Mobile banking is available to members that have a C1CU checking account and are enrolled in eBranch.
WHICH SMART PHONES WORK BEST WITH MOBILE BANKING?
iPhone 3GS or newer (Apple iOS 5.0.1 or newer)
Google Android (Android [Lollipop] 5.0 or newer)
Cameras with 2.0+ Megapixel resolution and auto focus
Either touch screen or keyboard phones
Both require you to have a web-enabled smart phone. Please note that most smart phone users will find the app to be the user-friendliest option. It will use the device’s unique features for an optimized, touch-enabled experience and allow for the Mobile Deposit function.
If you don’t have an iPhone or Android†, you can access mobile banking through the MYC1CU Mobile website.
If you have a tablet, you will continue to use eBranch.
SMART PHONE APP
To download through Google Play or the Apple App Store, search for MYC1CU and download the app for easy installation on your phone. Or locate them when you log-into your eBranch account, click on the Access Account tab, then MYC1CU Mobile tab, agree to the terms & conditions and be walked through the set-up prompts. You will find automated links within eBranch for sign-up to download at a later date.
A mobile banking feature we believe may have the biggest impact on how we bank together is the Mobile Deposit function. This additional service allows you to deposit checks from anywhere at anytime by using the camera function on your phone via the app.
SMART PHONE WEBSITE
Designed for smart phones, the browser site can be used by phones that are not iPhones or Androids. It can also be used by iPhone and Android users that do not want to use an app — although an app is required to use the Mobile Deposit function.
You’re always welcome to visit a branch to be walked through the options and features. Just remember that to do this you will need to bring in your personal web-enabled phone and know any passwords needed to approve the download of the app to its operating system and features.
